EC3

Patti Casey has been EC3's Program Director since 2010 and is responsible for curriculum oversight, staff training/development/scheduling, classroom programming, and overall educational efforts. Patti has been with EC3 for nearly all of its 25 years and was responsible for developing and implementing the Toddlerland program. Prior to becoming Program Director, she was the lead teacher in one of the Toddler classrooms where she was instrumental in the mentoring and coaching of numerous junior teachers over the years. Patti received her B.A. in family studies with an emphasis on child development from Western Michigan University.
