Elisabeth Weston

Executive Director

 

Elisabeth Weston has been EC3's Executive Director since 2010 and is responsible for managing the daily operations regarding facilities, human resources, budget and finance, development, marketing/PR, enrollment, accreditation, and state licensing. For over two decades Elisabeth has managed projects and programs spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, specializing in business process analysis.

She has been affiliated with EC3 as a parent client since 2002, and she served on the Board of Directors from 2003 to 2006.

Elisabeth received her M.B.A. in strategic management from George Mason University, and her B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan. She successfully completed the Michigan Education Policy Fellowship Program and the Ingham County Office of Young Children's Child Care Administration Course.

EC3 has been the best decision we've made for our son. He absolutely loves it and we are thrilled with all he is receiving there. Even with the change of teachers in his classroom, there has still been some element of consistency which has comforted him and made the transitions as seamless as possible. For a kid who doesn't always like change, we were surprised at how easily and quickly he transitioned to attending EC3 and with the subsequent shifts in staffing. I feel that speaks to the quality of attention, care, and educational challenge he's experiencing. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.
