Chris Jackson

Board Chair

Christopher Jackson is the Assistant Director of J.D. Admissions at Michigan State University College of Law. Previously, Chris served as an Attorney, Communications and Fund Development Manager, and Project Administrator at Elder Law of Michigan (ELM). In these roles, he assisted clients on legal issues, oversaw external and internal communications, led fund development, and coordinated technical assistance to legal hotlines across the U.S.

Chris holds his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Nonprofit Management and Policy Analysis from Indiana University, and Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Indianapolis.

Chris currently lives in Lansing, MI, with his wife, Sara, and sons, Clark and Parker. In his free time, Chris is involved in community development, plays an active role on local club hockey teams, enjoys weekly trivia nights, loves to travel, and is an avid fan of his Michigan State Spartans.
