Auction Committee Meeting


The EC3 annual auction occurs every April and provides a vital part of our operating budget. It takes a lot of work to pull this event together. We are inviting any current parents and staff to volunteer their time, skills, ideas, and/or connections to make this the best auction in EC3 history!

If you are interested in learning more, please join us on Tuesday, December 3rd at 5:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to help coorindate:

  • Procuring auction items
  • Managing the bake sale
  • Set-Up and Take-Down
  • Decorating
  • Advertising


The indoor play areas are wonderful for rainy days, the outdoor play area is HUGE and allows for so many different types of activities. They are constantly updating the entire facility.
